Who we help
The ICAS Foundation supports academically talented young people who wish to go to university by helping them overcome particular financial barriers which would otherwise deter them from studying a finance related degree.
This may include, but is not limited to the following:
- School leavers who have been accepted for a university course studying accountancy or finance but can clearly demonstrate the difficulty they have in meeting direct education-related expenses such as books, library fees and travel
- University students studying accountancy or finance related disciplines who, through no fault of their own, find themselves in difficult financial circumstances
